All orders are sent with complimentary cool packs. During the summer orders will be shipped in a styrofoam box to protect the chocolate from melting. The cost for the styrofoam box will be included as part of the shipping cost and we incourage reusing or recycling the styrofoam boxes.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST. In order to avoid mishandling, we do not ship over the weekend, as this might compromise the integrity of the chocolates. Orders submitted on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

We offer customers the possibility of picking up their orders in our distribution center in Pompano Beach, FL. Please select Pick Up in the shipping section and in the comments please note when you will be picking up your order. Please call our office to confirm the pick up time and address.
